新的 EIM 冬季赛规则
The CSGO Winter Championship event will feature a double-elimination (DE) system, which means both teams have to lose two games in order to be eliminated.
In the first round of matches, the two teams compete in a BO1 format, advancing to the winner's group if they win their respective games and finishing as the second-place team in the loser's group.
The next round, which is the winner's group match, involves a BO3 format, with the winners of the loser's group facing off against each other, while the losers of the winner's group face-off against the losing team in the next round. The losing team from the loser's group is eliminated, and the winners of the winning groups advance to the quarterfinals.
The fourth round features an elimination round, where the remaining four teams engage in a BO3 tournament until one team emerges victorious and claimed the title. This process continues until only the champion of the tournament is left standing, marking the conclusion of the EIM Winter Championship.
By introducing this new and more challenging EDI system, the CSGO Winter Championship aims to create a more exciting and intense atmosphere for players as they vie for top honors. The different game formats, including BO1 and BO3, add a new level of competition and unpredictability to the series, making it a thrilling experience for both casual and professional gamers alike. As the season progresses, the stakes continue to rise, ensuring that every match holds its own special significance and adds another layer of tension to the already gripping competition. The revised EIM Winter Championship rules aim to make the event even more competitive, offering gamers an unparalleled opportunity to showcase their skills and secure a spot among the elite ranks in the global esports scene.
